Josh is a partner, founder, and overall creative leader who keeps everything in line and running smoothly at Quill Creative Studio. With more than 15 years of experience working in the creative field, he knows how to steer the creative direction and use design strategically to provide innovative solutions.

Ryan Albers

Ryan Albers

Partner / Brand Strategist

Ryan is one of the partners at Quill. He has over 15 years of experience in advertising, branding, and marketing. His ability to manage and art direct pairs well with his uncanny ability to speak about the creative process and how the end result will not only look good but function as it should.

Arden Helm

Arden Helm

Partner / Senior Art Director

Arden is Quill’s Art Director. He was Quill’s first employee, joining the team in the spring of 2016. He's a quick-witted creative individual who specializes in editorial layout and visual identity. He oversees our team of talented designers and ensures that everything is on brand, on pace, and meeting deadlines.

Alice Huntley

Alice Huntley

Senior Designer

Alice attended Madison Media Institute, has a degree in graphic design, and holds a Branding Expert certification. She specializes in editorial layout and visual identity. Her ability to collaborate and ideate continues to transform brands.

Karen Patten

Karen Patten

Art Director

Karen attended UW-Oshkosh and has a degree in graphic design. Her attention to detail and eye for design makes her an invaluable member to the team. She comes to Quill with prior experience working with national brands.

Designer

Dana is a graduate of UW-Oshkosh with a degree in graphic design. Her artistic eye shines through her work with the attention to detail and organization of a seasoned business professional.

Our History

Josh and Ryan had both worked in-house for a number of years when they realized that their full potential wasn’t being utilized. Being people of action with entrepreneurial spirits, they decided to join forces and founded Quill Creative Studio in January of 2015. The team consisted of just the two for the first nine months.

Over the years to follow, the team of creative minds has grown but the focus has stayed true to producing industry-leading and award-winning graphic design and branded initiatives. The philosophy revolves around teamwork and collaboration where egos are checked at the door. This creative process only flourishes when ideas are explored and voices are heard.

Quill has been a trusted creative partner for more than 200 companies of all sizes and industries. Whether the creative team is working to rebrand a company, create campaign materials or design an on-brand monthly mailer, we utilize design fundamentals and consistency to ensure brand success.
