Graphic Designer

A brand-focused creative studio located in Wisconsin’s Fox Valley region is seeking a detail oriented and talented graphic designer who can assist with or lead projects, develop brands, and bring thoughtful creativity to the table on a daily basis. This studio exists to accelerate business initiatives with creative problem solving.

THE JOB

What you'll do at the studio

Maintain brand consistency throughout all design efforts
Conduct research and gather content for projects
Update project schedules, attend meetings, communicate with clients, and schedule tasks

Design brand collateral
(editorial layout, illustrations, photo manipulation, etc.)
Conceptualize new brand collateral within predefined brand systems
Ideate with design team for brand identities, packaging, and advertising campaigns

Your skills and expectations

Ability to articulate design decisions and their importance to the brand
Demonstrate knowledge of graphic design, typography, current trends, and layout techniques

Ability to work in a fast paced environment and manage multiple projects at the same time
Strong attention to detail

Studio expectations

Regularly communicate with art directors, senior designers, and other team members
Confidently present work to colleagues and participate in open critique

Continuously learn industry tools and best practice techniques
Learn from others and take initiative to get involved in projects

Entry requirements

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or equivalent experience
Experience working as a designer within a professional environment

Mastery of Adobe Creative Suite design software
(Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop)
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Powerpoint, Excel)
